What to expect
Some agencies will throw you in at the deep end to see if you sink or swim. We’ll make sure you can float first with two days of instruction on agency processes—none of which include fetching caramel macchiatos for the creative directors.
Every month you’ll work on a different brand with a different agency team. By the end of Training Camp, you’ll have gained exposure to a variety of industries, including automotive, telco, and cannabis (though some of you are likely veterans in that category already).
AND A REAL GOOD TIME
While you’re here, you’re just as much a part of the team as the rest of us. That means an invitation to our legendary summer party, and access to a fridge full of... beverages.
