At Camp Jefferson, we design people's choices. Our strategy department discovers what we need to change in people so they'll choose our client. Our creative department builds the creations and conversations that make those changes happen. And our Client Service and Delivery departments make it all happen.  


The Agency Coordinator role is made up of three equal parts: Agency Culture Lead, Office Service Coordination and Agency Award & Social Channels Coordination.

This role is arguably one of the most important roles we have at the agency. You are the face of the agency and the person who represents Camp Jefferson to everyone who walks through our doors. As our brand ambassador you will be tasked with making sure that we always make a good first and last impression. The driving force for this role is too continuously look for ways to make Camp Jefferson the best agency to be a part of and visit.

Agency Culture

  • Elevating our agency culture and making it a competitive advantage for us by continuously finding new and interesting ways in which you can make Camp Jefferson great for the staff and clients.
  • Responsible for providing concierge-like support for Camp Jefferson staff and clients. Looking to create the optimal atmosphere for people to do their work, looking for ways to take care of them i.e. ordering-in meals when needed, etc.
  • Owning, planning and executing our annual social calendar i.e. annual staff Summer & Christmas parties, monthly get-together, lunches, off-sites, training, staff volunteering day, etc.
  • Coordination of agency swag items developed in partnership with the design team.

Agency Culture Award Shows & Social

  • Coordination of all award show submissions; owner of the award show calendar, budget and timeline, working closely with the Biz, Creative and Strategy Leads; and the Delivery department.
  • Lead for posting on our CJ Instagram channel i.e. new hire announcements, new business wins, etc.
  • Coordination with the Delivery Department to have our website updated with new work regularly

Office Service

  • Making sure that the office inside and out is presentable/tidy at all times and adding special touches around the office.
  • Keeping the agency stocked with beverages, coffee and snacks, curating these items based on what staff and clients like.
  • Fulfilling client meeting food requests.
  • Assisting the Account Team with any client party planning and gift needs.
  • Office service coordination: supplies, couriers, building management.
  • Managing any office design, aesthetic updates and liaising with the Campus Office Manager.
  • Staff on-boarding lead, coordinating with HR, IT and Managers to ensure any new hires are set-up properly.
  • Internship program support and coordination
  • Booking agency staff travel
